The dispute regarding the operation of the central hall of the Casino de Mendoza continues to keep the local authorities on tenterhooks, who are still waiting for the change of operator to be executed.
The company Traylon S.A. won the bid to operate the https://bollywodcasino.in/ machines. Still, its rival and former licensee, Mendoza Central Entretenimientos S.A. (MCE), has not yet vacated the complex and claims against the process.
The company's operating permit expired on Saturday, 23, but Alfredo Vila's company denounces that Traylon's offer is unfeasible and demands that the bidding process be restarted.
"800 new machines, not only do they not fit in the hall, at $15,000 per machine, the investment would reach $12 million; in 10 years there is no way they will recover it. They are not going to be able to comply", analyzes Vila in his complaint.
For the time being, the Provincial Institute of Gaming and Casinos (IPJyC) plans to go ahead with the change of operator and announced that MCE has time until 11:59 p.m. on Wednesday, July 27 to withdraw its machines from the casino. In case they do not comply, as from midnight on Thursday, the slot machines "will be removed and MCE S.A. will be charged for all the expenses and risks caused by their non-compliance".
In the meantime, the gaming room remains closed "for the purpose of the previous awardee to remove the personal property it had provided for the fulfillment of the above-mentioned contract in the room of the Central Casino of Mendoza," as announced by the IPJyC.
Once MCE vacates the room, "the new awardee will have 48 hours to settle in as from the act of delivery or availability of the property", explained the regulator.
